A nice and not-too-long article! I specially liked the "time estimation" part, which guides you how to make the estimates logically and to never make pessimistic estimations. Must read, I would say.

Long long time ago,
I can still remember,
How the lukkhagiri used to make me swear.
And I knew if I had my chance,
That I could really kick some ass,
And may be they'd swear back for a while...

And now April makes me shiver,
For every kick that he had delivered,
Some of 'em hardest 'n some softest,
I couldn't take one more step...

I can't remember if they cried,
When I kicked around their dearest hind
The kicks, they hurt them deep inside
And for days, the ass would die...
